Chapter 11: Looking At The Pages Of My Life

A few days later Pauline announced to her team that she's pregnant with twins. They were all so happy about it. They all knew how much she loves Jesse ad how much he loves Pauline. Her teammates wished them all the best for them and for ther children. That was the one announcement Pauline wanted to say that day. The other was that she was leaving the team. She couldn't play anymore for the New Jersey Volleyball team, even though she wanted like crazy. After what happend in Texas lot have changed in her mind about friendship and mostly enemies.

She had take her decision andnone was able to chang her mind, no Jesse and no Robina. She was sure of she was going to do withher career. Of course she didn't say anything about the World League because she knew that it will commented and with not the best way.

After the hard time she had on the last trainning Pauline arrived back home. She opened the door and closed it behind her. She left the bag on the floor and hear Jesse talking on the phone. She followed the sound of his voice and walked in the kitchen. Jesse saw her coming and blew her a kiss as he spoke."Yes, of course and we can be there. What time? Oh great. Okay then, see you on Friday. Bye." Jesse said and hung up the phone and stood up to kiss Pauline.

"Who was on the phone?" she asked him when they broke up from the kiss. "We're going to the Ellen Degeneres Show on Friday." he said wating for her reaction. "Us? Why?" she asked back competely caml. "They want to interview us." "We do interview when we have sommething special to say. Do we have?" "Well, i asked you to marry me in a different way. People's magazine voted us as the most athlete couple and you as one of the most beautiful athlete of all times. Do i need to go on?" he said.

"Okay, i'll think about it and i'll tell you." Pauline answered and exited the room. "You don't get it. They are waiting us for the Friday show." Jesse said as Pauline walked up the stairs. "What? You didn't ask me." "I Know and i'm sorry but they call while you were in trainning and by the way how did it go?" Jesse said while they walked in their bedroom. "Don't chang the subject. Still you could say i'll think about it and i'll call you later." she answered back. "I know, i know. Is just that i didn't see this coming and is great opportunity for people to see us. Since you left the team only God knows how many teams will want you in their team." Jesse tryied again to chang her mind and it seems it worked.

Pauline stopped for a moment and thought about it. He wasn't that wrong for that. Maybe they should go to the show. She looked up athim and said. "You're right Jess. We should go." she hugged him. "I'm sorry i reacted like that at first." "It's alright babe. So, you're sure?" he asked looking down to her. "Yeah, i'm sure." she answered as she nodded her head. "Great. What are these little guys doing?" Jesse said and knelt down to the height of her belly. Pauline laughed. "Jesse they are only 5 weeks old. They can't hear you babe." she said looking him to his knees. "They should get used to the sound of my voice. You should talk to them too." she stood up. "They should listen to music. I think that classic make them calm." he added.

"If you think that my babies will listen to classic music you should marry an another woman." "Oh yeah right. Our babies once they're born they will sing Livin' On A Prayer." Jesse said. "Maybe. It would be fun." "Having twins?"Jesse asked. "Yeah, my aunt has twins and my grandmother was a twin. And i was a twin but he died on the birth." Pauline answered imagining how bad her parents would have felt this day. "I'm sorry. You never told me about this before." "I know. I just don't want to talk about it." she said and she could feel the tears in her eyes. Jesse hugged her tight. "It's okay now, Paul. I'm here now and i will protect all the three of you, okay?" he asked and kissed her hoarhead as Pauline nodded.

Pauline and Jesse had arrived at the studio on time. The director of the show said that Ellen will meet them backstage. They do what the director said and Ellen walked in with a smile on her face. They both stood up from the couche. "There you go guys!" she said and hugged and kissed Jesse first and then Pauline. "Look at you girl! You're sure the most beautiful athlete of all times." Ellen said. "Oh thank you. You don't look bad yourself." Pauline answered and smiled. "Thank you. how is you Dad doing? I haven't heard of him for a while." she turned to Jesse. "He's good. Trying to understand that he'll be grandpa again with twins. He had start searhing for double strollers." he answered and laughed a little. 

They chatted a few more minutes. Ellen told them to feel lke they are in their house talking to each other. Since it was their first interview they are a little nervous. From what Ellen told them they seems more relaxed than before. They were ready for show time.

The lights lighted up as Ellen Degeneris walked in the studio. The audience that was there start cheering for her.When that was other Ellen said. "Welcome welcome.... I won't waist any time talking you all know who i am what is the show. So, People's magazine voted her as the most beautiful athlete of all times. While he broke a world record in football. And together People's magazine again voted them as the most athlete couple of the year. Please welcome Pauline Timson and Jesse Bongiovi!!!!" Ellen said and turned to see them coming from backstage.

The audience went crazy as they walked in the studio. They were yelling their names.Once they both kissed Ellen took their seats. The audience stopped. "Oh guys you look so good together. How much are you together?" was her first question. "We're together for a long time. We're actually high shool sweetheats." Jesse answered. "Like father like son, right?" Jesse laughed and answered. "Yeah." "How do you guys met?" Ellen asked.

"We met in Ava's Sambora party." Pauline said. "You knew each other since high school?" "Yeah, we met in high school and we're best friends ever since." "Oh that's a long time." Ellen said and clapped along with the audience. "Okay, so you told me Pauline backstage that you're huge Bon Jovi fan. How did you reacted when you saw his father?" Ellen asked.

Pauline froze a little and saw Jesse looking at her. She couldn't say the truth, she had to lie. She laughed. "Very funny story. Jesse had met me parents but i've never met his. One night he told me that his parents wanted to meet me. I didn't have a problem until i arrived outside of his house. I cheched the adress i don't know like 100 times. I was outside of Jon Bn Jovi's house when Jesse came and asked me why i am not coming in. And i was like 'What the Hell'?" Pauline explained with the fake story she just made up.

"The funnier part was on the table. She couldn't look him in the eyes. Until they start talking about the band and in some way they broke the ice." Jesse added. He knew that this question was giving her a hard time se he wanted to stop it as fast as he could. "So, when you met Jon was shy. When you met Richie?" Ellen asked. Pauline laughed. "When i met Richie i was very relaxed until he opened the door. I was kinda lost but i hope he didn't realized it that. You knowis very hard to keep yourself under control when you have in front of you one of the men that you idmire the most." Pauline said shaking her head.

"Jesse, did you like the last show of the band or should i ask Pauline about it?" Ellen asked again looking at Jesse. "It was nice but i loved the end. What do you think?" Jesse asked Pauline and turned to face her. "I loved the whole show exept the part you were on stage i wanted to throw you a tomato." she said and laughed along with Ellen and the whole studio. "Why you wanted to throw him a tomato?" "Because i wanted to listen to the band. I have him everyday in the house." "Alright! I will never talk to you again." Jesse said and sut back on the chair. "Thank God! You have no idea how bad he is in the house. I can hear him from everywhere, he's making so much noice." she answered.

"Alright, exept that you liked it Pauline didn't you? I mean i think every woman will want her boyfriend to proposed to her like that." "Yeah,of course and i liked it. It was pretty cool he had changed the playlist." Pauline said looking to Jesse. "I changed it only 10 minutes before the show started so none will ever know about the change. The plan worked perfectly, she said yes." he laughed. "You don't mind guys if we see it one more time?" Ellen asked as the lights went off.

From the big screen on the back lighted it up. Once the video finished along with the aplausse of the audience Pauline asked. "Who filmed it? It seems is from the first raw." "Your sister." Jesse answered. "She was on the plan too?" she asked suprised. "Your whole family was." "Ellen you were on the plan too and i didn't know it?"she asked Ellen. "Maybe i was too." she answered.

After a quick break they were back on air again. "Welcome back. We're here with Pauline and Jesse." she said looking to the camera. "So, guys enough with now. Let's look to your pages of your life starting with you Pauline." Ellen said looking at Pauline. "What do you want to know?" "First where you were born and how did all the volleyball staff started?" "Okay, i was born in Athens, Greece. We moved in New Jersey in 2012." "I thought you were born here." Ellen said back. "No, but i have now a US citizenship." "So is it true that you'll play for the National Volleyball team in World League?" was Ellen's next question.

"Yeah, sure. I can't wait." "Congatulations!" Ellen said. "Thank you." "Tell me how long have you been playing volleyball?" "Since i was 8 years old." Pauline answered shaking her head. "That's a long time." "Sure it is. You know i've lost so many school plays and saturday going out to do what i want. And here i am now playing for the National team." she answered feeling pride for herself and for what she do.

"Jesse your turn." Ellen said looking to Jesse."I'm here and all yours..." he answered. "How is fighting for Notre Dame?" "Pretty cool. I've been fighting for them for 7 years now. We're very bonded team now. The best is coming." "I can't wait." Ellen answered as she took an ipad in her hands. "Since guys you're here we put a Q&A on twitter are you ready guys?" Ellen asked.

"Yeah, sure." Pauline said. "Bring it on." Jesse said after Pauline. "A girl named PaulTim asks Pauline what your favourite ice cream flavor?" Pauline laughed. "I like them all but i usually order strawberry." Pauline answered. "An another question is to Pauline what is the most crazy thing you've  ever done for Bon Jovi?" she laughed again. "I'm so gonna regrete that. Leaving out of the house and i went to club that had a tribute night to the band. Mum sorry that you have to learn this from here." Pauline said and turned to look at the camera.

"How old you were?" "15." she answered shaking her head. "How long are you a fan?" "Since i was 12." Pauline answered shaking her head. "That's a long time." Ellen said and looked down to her ipad. "And the last question is for Jesse. Have you ever thought leaving Pauline for her sister?" Pauline laughed. "Come on say it Jess. I won't be mad." Jesse looked at her and smiled. "Well, it crossed one day my mind but no,no. Maybe not with her sister." he added. Pauline looked at him with the stink eye. Then she turned to Ellen and said "I think someone is sleeping on the couch tonight."

Ellen left the ipad on the table next to her as she said. "One more thing before we close i heard some rumors about you guys expecting twins by the end of the year, is it true?" Pauline looked at Jesse. Jesse lookes at Pauline said smiled. It was time to tell the world. "Yes, is true." Jesse said. "What about the wedding?" "We're thinking in summer would be great." Pauline answered this time. "Oh great. We wish you all the best for your new family." "Thank you." she said.

The show was over. After watching the whole show said "Maybe not with her sister. I like this option." 

Chapter 10: Baby Baby Baby

Jesse opened the door of his house and closed it behind him. He looked at the living room but Pauline wasn't there. That was kind of weird because Pauline had no trainning this afternnon. He left his trainning bag on the floor and with an envelpore on his hands he walked to the kitchen while he yelled. "Pauline are you here?" "In the kitchen.." Pauline yelled back. Jesse smiled and entered the kitchen.

There he found Pauline sitting on the chair next to the counter with a little puzzled look on her face. On the counter were some papers bit he couldn't say what there were about. He kissed her hoarhead and asked her. "What are all these?" "Nothing special. I just can't remember when my last period was." she answered and start searching throught the papres for one more time. Jesse froze for a moment. He left the envelope and sut next to her. "Is everything alright?" he asked looking her in the eyes. "Yeah, everything is fine. It might be because of the anxety of the new house. Now, i'm more relaxed. How was your trainning? You came late." she answered and moved closer for a kiss.

"When you say late, how much?" he asked when they broke up from the kiss. "Three or four. I'm not so sure." "Days?" "Weeks." she answered. "You're late three weeks? We should go to the doctor and see if everything is alright." "Is from the anxety for the house. I'll be fine." Pauline answered and got up walking to the fridge. "Still we should go to see a doctor in the City. Maybe we should go to same doctor Ava has. PLus, we should do some shopping." Pauline returned to the counter with two Cokes. She passed him one and opened hers.

"You know Ava's gynecologist? You want to buy something from the City?" she asked him. "Yeah, i know her. Steph and Mum and your Mum have the same. Your forgot that in three days we have 2nd of March? They are having a party together on the River house and we're invited. That's why i came here late, i stopped in the house." "Oh shit! Tottaly slipped out of my mind. And i have no idea what present we should bought them." Pauline answered and runk a sip of her Coke.

"Same here. Maybe a shirt for my Dad and a book for your Mum?" Jesse suggested. "Sounds like a good idea." Pauline answered. "Great. Now call Ava to gine you the number to set an appointement." Jesse said and passed her her phone. "Jess, is really okay. I'm fine, we don't have to go there, really." Jesse looked her in the eyes. They both knew that Pauline will go to the doctor. "Don't give me that look." "You know that we'll do this until to call, or you want me to call?" "No, no... i'll call her." Pauline answered and took the phone. "Great. I'll have a shower." Jesse said and kissed her.

He was walking away while Pauline was trying to call Ava. She wasn't picking it up and went to voicemail. While she was leaving her a voicemail she notised an envelope on the counter. She rolled her eyes when she saw from where it was. She stopped the voicemail and took the envelope. Without loosingany second she opened the envelope and read the letter that was inside. She couldn't do anything but yell. The National Volleyball Team wanted her to be a part of it for the World League in Brazil.

She left the letter and she run on top speed, walking up two steps on a time on the stairs she arrived at their bedroom and walked in the bathroom. Jesse was having a shower singing when Pauline walked in. "Paul, what the fuck? I'm naked...." he said and tryied to hide the most sensite part of his body. "Yeah, i haven't see you naked before." "That's not the point. The point is...." Jesse was about to start a lecture on the bathtub when Pauline took the lead. "The point is that i'm playing to World League with the states." "What?" Jesse asked as much suprised he would be someone in his place. "That was inside the envelope?" he added. "Yep." she answered without trying  to hide howmuch exited she was about it. It was her dream since she was a kind and it was about it make it happen in June in Brazil.

"And where is that?" "In Brazil." His dissappointement was very obvious. He wasn't mad or feeling about about her. Right the opposite. He was happer than her bevause he knows how important this is to her. But on the other hand she'll has to leave and go to Brazil while he will travel from the one coast to the other playing games. Pauline saw him lookinh down to his feet. She knew that he will react somehow like that. She signed and she pulled out her hoodie and the yoga pants. The bra and panties made great company to other of her clothes on the bathroom floor. She walked closer to the bathtub and Jesse lifted his eyes and saw her coming to him naked.

He tryied to speak but Pauline stopped him by putting her finger on his mouth. "Shhh... We have so much time until i leave." she started and jumped into the bathtube with Jesse. "So, let's take an advantage of it." she said and kissed him deeply. At first Jesse tryied to take a breath because he didn't expect that. But as Pauline next stop kissing him he took advantage of her with the best way he can.

Jesse parked the car on the hospital's parking lot the other day. After a unique bath Ava answered Pauline's call and gave her the address. Pauline didn't has nothing to loose and called to set an appointement. Luck was with them because the doctor was there avaiable this day. Together they walked in the entrance of the hospital. They informed them that the doctor will examine them in a few minutes. They sut outside of the ultrasound room waiting.

"Babe, you want some more water?" Jesse asked as he saw Pauline drinking a sip of the fifth bottle of water. "No, i'm okay." she answered and sut back. A few minutes passed and Mrs Aniston called out Pauline's name. Theyboth stood up and followed Mrs Aniston to the ultrasound room. "Hey, Jesse. Look how much you're grown up..." Mrs Aniston said and hugged Jesse. She had been knowing him all his life. "Hello, Mrs Aniston this is my fiance Pauline Timson." Pauline and Mrs Aniston shaked their hands and sut on the chairs.

"How can i help you?" she asked. "Actually me period is late about 3 and a half weeks. And it never happened to me before. Ava tald me that you're the best at your job and we thought that we should visit to see if anything wrong." Pauline explained toMrs Aniston what the problem was. "Great. Please, Pauline follow me to the ultrasound room. I hope you drunk some bottles of water young lady." Mrs Aniston said as they walked to the ultrasound room. "Yes." Pauline answered.

They walked in and Pauline shallowed hard. Her heartbeat was racing and her palms were sheating. She was alittle scared but she didn't want to admit it. Jessewas right next to her and smiled. "Please, Pauline take off your jean and have a seat. Jesse you can sit there and watch." Mrs Aniston said and pointed the chair next to the bed. Pauline had take her seat. She took a deep breath when Mrs Aniston placed the jelly on her belly.

"Let's see what we have here..." she stared looking to the screen that only her could see. She was watching Pauline's whole belly when she stopped on a part. "Everything alright Mrs Aniston?" Jesse asked. "Yes, Jesse sweetie. Tell me something, do you guys use protection?" "No." Jesse answered. "And how much are you late Pauline?" she asked again. "Three and a half weeks." Pauline answered and tryied to look to the screen but she couldn't. "Well then there is  only one thing i need to say."

"Thank you guys so much for being here for our birthday..." Jon said raising his glass while Katerina did the same. Everyone across the table rased their glass and wished them happy birthday. Thy drunk a sip and Pauline looked to Jesse next to her. It was time. Jesse pulled out from his jacket two envelopes. He kept the one and gave the other to Pauline. Pauline looked her mother in the eyes and gave her the envelope as she said. "Happy birthday Mum!" Katerina was a little suprised because she didn't expect a birthday gift.

"Here, Dad. Happy birthday!" Jesse said and gave Jon the other envelope. Both Katerina and Jon looked each other as long as with all theothers on the table. "Don't look each other! Just open them." Pauline answered and waited for them to open them. She was waiting long enough to see their reaction. Katerina and Jon opened their envelopes and pulled out the picture that was inside.

They rolled their eyes and looked to their children. Jesse covered Pauline's hand and looked to everyone who was on the table. They were looking to them with a question look on their faces.

"We're expecting  twins." Pauline told them.

Chapter 9: Welcome To Wherever You Are

The bell rung and Jesse left the living room to answer the door. Jesse looking himslef on the mirror before he aopened the door "Happy birthday Jesse." Katerina wished him first and moved closer for a hug. "Thank you. Come in." he answered as he broke up the hug. He did the same with Pauline's father and sister. Pauline as she heard her family she walked from the kitchen to living room to greet them. "Hey, guys welcome. Make yourself comfotrable. You want a drink?" Pauline asked. "We're fine. You want some help with the food?" her mother asked willing to help her daughter. "No, everything is ready for dinner." Pauline answered and took the wapron off and left on the counter in the middle of the kitchen.

She took her place next to Jesse as she asked."So, guys what do you think?" "Pauline, it's so beautiful." her mother answered first."Thank you. It was how we both planned it. And to be honest i wasn't sure if some touches will be great but i trusted the birthday boy here." Pauline answered looking next to her to Jesse with a playfull look. "Judging from the whole you did good on trusting him." Zeta said. "We'll see that in a few weeks." Pauline answered.

In a matter of some minutes the house was full of people both Pauline and Jesse loved and wanted to be with them this special day of their new life together. Pauline had set the dining room everyone have take their seats. Just family and close friends were enough to fill the large dining room. Pauline had spent the whole day in the kitchen cooking dinner. Jesse was a great help by going to the supermarket and buy all the staff Pauline was needed. She might lost all day in the kitchen but the dinner was looking very delicious.

They all took their seats to the dining room. Food was already resrved.On the head of the table the man of the house and next to him the woman of the house. Everyone poured themselves a glass of wine. "I want to make a toast." Jesse started by rasing his glass and got everyones atettion. "I want to thank all of you of being here this special day of my 26th birthday and with our new start under the same roof. I'm very happy about it and sure i can't wait to see what is next. So, to new beggining..." "To new begginings." everybody answered and drunk a little sip of their wine as they start eatting.

The night flew by like water on the river. None know how the time passed. It was passed midnight and Pauline and Jesse's family had left as long as Richie with his wife and son. There was now the two if them Ava and Alex. Pauline was the table taking the plates when Ava walked in. "Hey, you need some help?" "Please, just take as much as you can." Pauline answered and left the dining room to the kitchen and Ava followed after a few seconds. "Where to put these?" Ava asked holding some plates. "On the dish washer. Can you please put the thing on?" Pauline said as she was washing some little staff which the dish washer couldn't do.

"Done." Ava said. "Thanks girl." "You have some wine more?" "Ava you forgot you're pregnant? You can't have wine. And if you wanted there is no left. Jon gave us 10 bottles and they were all gone." Pauline answered as she finished. She turned back to Ava who was next to the counter. "The house is gorgeous." Ava admitted. "Thank you. Our fathers did a good job." Pauline answered with her hands on her waist looking around the whole house. "Of course they did. Speaking of which where the Hell is my husband? I haven't see him since my Dad left." Ava asked wondering and walked to the living room. She looked outside on the patio where Jesse and Alex were sitting.

"What they are doing there?" Pauline asked from behind. "I don't know. Let's go to find out." she said and opened the glass door. The winter breese was all over her. Being almost on the end of  February next to the river wasn't the best thing would ever happen to you. Both Pauline and Ava walked throught the under constraction area to the patio. "What are you doing here boys?" Ava asked as they got closer. "Nothing special babe, just doing some talking with some wine." Alex answered and put his arms around his pregnant wife. "Paul everything alright?" Jesse asked looking to Pauline who baraly stood on her feet. "Yeah, everything is fine i'm just a little tiried that's all." Pauline answered and Jesse walked around her. "You did so much today. We are gonna eat these for the next week." "Don't worry about that, Jess. I'll take these on my house for this little guy and me. He's always hungry." Ava said from Alex's arms.

"True story, guys." "You guys came up with a name?" Pauline asked. Alex looked down to Ava as he answered. "We thought we should tell you guys the name the last month. But promise us you won't tell them until that day, okay?" Alex started. "Yeah, sure of course. Is your choise. We are happy to the ones who know it." "Actually you are the first." Ava added. "Well, that's better." Pauline said. "Can we hear the name now?" Jesse asked. "Yeah, his name will be Michael Richard Wilson." Alex announced. "Beatiful names." Pauline said first. "Is the names of our father's, is the least we can do." Ava replaid. "I'm sure both will be very happy about it."Pauline answered shaking her head.

Alex checked his watch and said "Come on Ava, i think we should get going." "I was going to tell you that too. I'm very sleepy right now." Ava answered while the four of them returned back to the house. They were standing at the door when Pauline said "Thank you guys so much for being here." "We couldn't miss this guy's birthday. Plus there was nothing good on TV tonight." Ava answered. "Anyway, happy birthday Jesse. Thanks for the dinner." Alex said standing one foot out of the door next to Ava. "It was our pleasure. Have a safe trip home." "See you guys!" Pauline said Jesse told them while they were waving at them goodbye. When they got in the car Jesse closed the door.

Pauline was a few steps ahead of him. "Man, these heels are killing me..." she said and took her high heels off. It was very obvious how much reliefed she was when she walked barefoot on the wooden floor. "You know i like you better barefoot and even better naked..." Jesse said with naughty voise and put his arms around her waist while he kissed her. "I like that i idea too." she answered when they broke up the kiss. "You said you were tiried." "Well, only my feet are tiried the rest of my body is doing fine. Exept the cast." she said only inches away from him. "Then we should get you a special treetment for you my little lady." Jesse said lifted her up to his arms.

With her on his arms he walked up the stairs and to their bedroom. He lyied her down softly on the king size bed. He kicked off his shoes and joined her on the bed. With his right hand he start touching her body starting with her toes. While he was getting higher she turned so he could unzipped her dress. He knew her well enough to know what to do with her. Without having seconds thoughts he unzipped her dress left it on the wooden floor. Once Pauline heard the dress was on the floor she turned to face him. She was wearing a black and purlpe bra with matching panties. "Is these new? I haven't see them before." he asked. "Yeah, very new. I saw them on the store and i couldn't resist so i bought them." "You did the right thing." he answered and kissed her.

While their lips were together he unzipped her bra too throwing to the floor next to the dress. He moved on the top of her. With small kisses starting from her mouth to end on her right chest. He kissed her 'words can't say what love can do' tattoo and looked up at her. "Have i ever told you how much i love this tattoo on you?" "Nope, but you can start right now..." she answered and pulled him closer to her for a kiss.

In a matter of minues they were both naked and becoming one person for one more time. But this time was different. They were in their house happy more than ever. Nothing will get on their way because they love each other and they will not let anyone or anything ruin their happiness.

"Is only me or this time was different?" Pauline said resting her head on his chest. "I have that feeling too, Paul. We are finaly home, together." "Yeah, we are together in our house. One of the best days in my life." Pauline said. "The best birthday in my life." he said and kissed her foarhead. "Goodnight Paul. I love you." "I love you too." Pauline said and moved tot he nightstand to turn off the light.

Chapter 8: Hello Again, It's You And Me

Pauline woke up on the sound of her phone runging. She opened one eye and with her good hand she grabbed her phone. She checked the ID before she answered. "Yeah..." she said with voise just waken up. "Did i wake you up?" "You did." "Great! In about 45 minutes will be there." Ava said with extement in her voise. "Why?" "I thought you wanted to be on the ultrasound. WE're going to find the baby's sex today. Plus, i don't want my dad to be alone with Alex and i are with the doctor." Ava explained.

"In that case, alright." "I knew i should have told you this first. Anyway, get dressed, see you in a few." Ava said and hung up. Pauline hund up too and stood up from the bed. She smiled. Even though Ava just woke her up like she did she was happy for her. She can imagine how much she wanted this baby. They had talked about their future plans more than once when they were in High School.

Smiling Pauline walked down the stairs. Entering the kitchen she found her mother sitting and drinking her coffee. "Good morning Mum!" she said with a smile. "Good morning. Why are you up this early? Sre you going somehwere?" Katerina said looking at he clock on the wall. It was only 9.00 am. "Yeah, i'm going to New York. Ava has the ultrasound today and i i'll go with them." Pauline answered and pured herself a cup of coffee.

"Great! You want some toast?" her mother asked with a smile. "Yeah, sure. Thank you." Pauline answered and her mother stood up to make her toast. "You know, your father told me that on the 5th of February the house will be ready." Katerina said as she start making the toast. "Really? That soon? When i stopped by with Jesse the last week they told us about on 10th February." Pauline asked suprised but she really didn't care why. The only thing that matters was that they'll move to their house sooner.

"I know, but don't forget that your Dad's owns this company." "How could i forget that? I'll call Jesse later and tell him the good news." Pauline said as her mother passed her the toast. "Thanks. It looks delicious." she started and took a bite. "And tastes even better." "Is not the first time i cook you toast, Pauline." her mother replied and drunk a sip of her coffee. "I know, but i think every time you're getting better on this." Pauline finished her toast and went upstairs to get ready.

A few minutes later she walked down the stairs dressed and ready to go. With her phone on the hand and the sunglasses on the head she left her house. She was waiting there on the driveway not for too long when the car with Alex, Ava and Richie stopped in front of her. Smiling she opened the door of the backseat and sut next to Richie. "Good morning guys!" she said as she closed the door. "Morning Angel, how is your arm doing. I saw your fall on TV and i felt really bad for you." Richie was the fastest and answered first. "It's okay now. And i saw my fall too on YouTube. My sister take care of it." Pauline answered.

About one hou and a half later Alex pulled the car on the parking lot. The four of them walked in the hospital. Ava and Alex had came before for the first ultrasound and they knew the way. Pauline and Richie followed them. They turned to a hallway and sut there. "What time is your appointement?" Pauline asked as she sut down. "At 11.00. When they're ready they call out my name. I've done that before." Ava answered and sut next to her best friend.

They waited in silence when a doctor came out and yelled "Mrs Wilson?" both Alex and Ava stood up and followed the doctor and closed the door behind them. As the door closed Pauline looked next to her to Richie who it was obvious that he was nervous. "Why so nervous?" she broke the silence. "I'm not nervous. Is just the anxesty of the father to his daughter. You'll understand the feeling when you'll become a mother." Richie simply answered.

"If you say so." "How long this will take?" "I don't know. Maybe an hour or so?" Pauline answered not having a clue how this is going to take. "That much?" he asked back suprised. "Richie relax. They just walked in here." she started. She knew that this propably will take more than she told him. "Come on. Let's get some coffee." she said and stood up. "Nice idea, Angel. My treat." Richie answered and stood up. "You know, i'm not 16 anymore. And i was the one with the idea." Richie looked down for a second and smiled. "Okay, for this time."

"You know Angel, one day i remembered the first time you came in my house. It was really funny. And by the way what your friend Maria is doing? I haven't heard news from her in a while on twitter." Richie started while he was walking next to Pauline. "She's doing fine. She almost had a heart attack when you wished her happy birthday maybe she's still in the hospital." "Why are you kidding an old man?" Richie asked and Pauline laughed. "Alright you got me. Her daughter was sick and she wasn't too active these days." Pauline informed him. "Oh, i hope she'll feel better." "Yeah, i hope that too. And i must tell you that she's your youngest fan i know, and trust me i know a lot of people around the world."she said.

"Really? How old is she?" "On July she's turn to 4. And she already knows some of your songs and she wants to marry Adam. So, be ready about it." Pauline answered and both laughed. "I'm not kidding. Every time i call she asked me how are you doing and if Adam has a girlfriend." "This is amazing." Richie answered very suprised. He couldn't believe that 4 year old girl from Greece will be such a huge fan. "I know you're suprised. Both of her parents are huge fans of the band and you. It logical for their kid to be your fan." Pauline expleind. It was very easy for her to understand it because she was a fan. But Richie next to her was looking a little confuised.

"Why so confuised?" she asked him. "I'm not confuised, Angel. Is just.... i don't know. How they met each other?" "Very funny story. One day Maria and her sister had a fight. Her sister was so pissed and broke into pieces the Aftermath. Well, i'm not going to say what happend after that. Anyway, the next day she went on the store to buy a new one. She found it but the same time an another man was looking for it too, the was her hasband. To sum up, he bought the album for her and ordered his. Then they went out for a coffee..." Pauline explained.

"Okay, i think i need this coffee now." Richie answered suprised and confuised in the same time. "Yeah, sure. I'll be right back." Pauline answered and went to buy two cups of coffee. She returned to Richie a few minutes later. She passed his coffee. "Here." "Thanks." Richie answered and drunk a sip. "Nice story. I mean real story." "Yeah, when she told me that, i thought she made them up." "You were invited on their wedding?" "I was, but i was only 18 back then and my parents didn't let me go. Maria is 4 years older than me." "Oh." "I think they should finished by now." Pauline said checked the hour on her watch. "Yeah, let's go." he answered and walked back to where they started.

After leaing Richie home Alex took the route for Pauline's house. "Pauline and i are going for a walk. You know to have some girl time." Ava said. "Oh, fine by me. That means you're taking the car and i'll go home." Alex answered from the driver's seat. "Sorry, babe. But you know how is Pauline and i together." "You don't have apologize. I understand." Alex said and smiled. He really understand her needs. They need to talk about things that ava can not talk with him. And he tottaly understand that. "Thank you." Ava answered and looked out of the window.

Pauline was sitting on the backseat of the car. She listened the conversation from the front seat and left her compitely speechless. Ava and her didn't plan anything after the hospital. Ava had something in mind and Pauline has no idea what that will be. She diseded to remaind silent and wait until they are alone to tell Ava. This time didn't took a life time to come. After leaving Alex home, Ava returned to the car. Pauline had moved next to the driver's seat.

"Okay, Ava what is going on?" Pauline asked with a little anger in her voise. She wasn't mad but she was in dark and she didn't like it. Ava was waiting a reaction close to that. And she was ready to face it. "You have every right to be mad at me. But i can't go there alone. And of course i couldn't tell anyone where i was going. You're the only person in the world that i want to go with there." Ava started to explain but Pauline still had no idea of what she was talking about. "Where do you wantg to go with me, Ava?" she asked.

Taking a deep breath Ava answered. "I want to go and visit Heather in prison." Ava never thought that will ever wanted to see her. She hated her for years because of what she did to herself and her father. Pauline as soon as she heard thjose words she rolled her eyes. "You want to see her? Why?" "Because she's my mother and i haven't seen her since the court day." "Woah, you said that she's not your mother anymore and you hated her." "I said those things years ago Pauline. I changed and i want to see her. I wasn't sure if i wanted to but now i am." Ava answered and looked to Pauline next to her. "If that is what you want is fine by me." "I knew you'll come along with that. We should leave now before is too late." Ava answered and drove away from her house.

Moments later the two young women now are waiting to the room. They had already arrived there and waiting for Ava's mother to arrive with some security. "Are you sure you want this?" Pauline asked watching Ava being a little nervous about it. "Yes, i'm sure." "We can leave anytime." "I said i'm fine." Ava answered and start looking around. The door opened and Heather walked in the door woth two men on her left and one her right. She had that suprised look on her face when they told her she had visitors. Ava and Pauline were her first.

After all these years Ava finally saw her mother. She knew deep inside a part of her was missing her. Sure the way things end up wasn't the best but that woman waering the orange uniform was her mother. Taking a deep breath Ava sut on the chair. From the other side the 65 year old Heather sut on the opposite of her daughter. A double glass was seperating them. Ava grabbed the phone she saw her mother doing the same move as she said. "Hey, mommy." Blue eyes met blue. She wasn't that teen girl heather saw for the last time on the court. She was a woman now and a beautiful one.

Without even know how a tear rolled own from Heather's eye. She haven't seen her daughter in 7 years. "Hey, baby girl. How are you doing?" Heather finnally answered after a long pause. "I'm doing great. How are you?" "I survive. In 20 years i'll be free to go, if i'm alive." that was Heather's way to break the ice between her and her only daughter. Ava laughed. "Tell me about you. How are you doing?" she asked with voise full of consert. "Well, i got married to the boy i was dating with..." "Alex?" Heather asked back and Ava's jaw fell to the ground. "Yeah, him. Do you still remember his name?" "Yes, i do." Ava smiled while she added. "And we are having a baby." Ava looked throught the bouble glass to her mother.

She saw how she rolled her eyes when she finished this setence. "Oh, sweetie i'm so happy about you. When is your due date." "In August." "Oh, you can't imagine how happy i am right now. You're going to be a great mother, Ava. I'm so proud of you." she answered shaking her head. "Thank you." "Do you know the sex of the baby?" Heather asked. "Yeah, i was in doctor's office before i came here. It's a boy. You're going to have a grandson."Ava answered.

Heather covered her mouth with her hands. What she was feeling right now, she wasn't able to put it into words. She was going to be a grandmother. Her very first grand son will come to this world in August. She could hold the tears any longer. These were tears of happiness. "I am the luckiest woman on Earth right now. Thank you." Heather said when was able to speak. "How was your father's reaction on this?" Ava held out a laugh before she answered. "Pretty much the same. We told him more than 5 times that it's a boy. He couldn't believe it." "He's happy, Ava. Tori is good for him." "And Adam too." Ava added. "They had a son?" "They adopted him. But he's their son and my little brother." "How old is he?" Heather asked. "He's 12 now. Tall for his age with brown hair and green eyes." "Oh, he'll be a heartbreaker when he'll grow up." Heather answered. "Yeah, he will."

Heather looked over from Ava's shoulder and notised Pauline sitting with a cast on her arm. "What happend to Pauline?" she asked. "Oh, she had an accident on a game. She's fine now." "Is it true that Jesse proposed to her on the last consert of the bad? I was it on the news but i wasn't sure if it true." "Is very true. You should see her face when Jesse walked to the stage, i'm sure she was cursing that moment." Ava answered and looed back to ther friend. "She's a good girl." "Yeah, she is. Look i want to sit here more but i have to go now. I'll come an another time okay?" She really didn't want leave but she has to. "It's okay, i understand. Take care of yourself and this little guy inside you. I love you." were the last words Heather told her before she stood up and left.

Ava hung up the phone and stood up too. She left the small room and walked to Pauline. "I'm done. Ready to go?" Pauline looked up at her and stood up. "Yeah, sure. How it go?" "Great. I kinda missed her somehow. After all that she did i missed her and i love her. She was different now. Maybe jail was good for her." Ava said as they left the building. "Maybe you're right." Pauline answered and smiled. "Come on, let's grab some food. I have a son to feed." both laughed and jumped in the car and drove away from the jail's parking lot.

Chapter 7: So Tell Me, Is It True?

Pauline and Jesse arrived at the airport back home in New Jersey. Even though she was away for three days Pauline missed her home. She was feeling her arm so much better. Her mother was calling her all the time to see if she was alright. She loved her mother but sometimes she thinks she's a little girl.

Jesse had left his car on the airport's parking lot the day he left. "I can't wait to go home..." Pauline said as she sut on the passenger seat. ""Really? You were sleeping to the whole flight almost." Jesse replied anbd drove away from the parking lot. "I know that. But i'm kinda sleepy. It's been a very long time since i was thay sleepy before." "Maybe is because of the pain killers. The doctor said that the pain killer will make you sleepy." he said. Her remembered every single order doctor gave to them.

"Yeah, i remember that too." she answered and looked outside of the window. Jesse notised her. With his right had he covered her left hand. Pauline shuddered under his touch. She had missed him more than she thought. They both have buzy schedule and they didn't have so much alone time as they used to have. Pauline looked up on Jesse who was driving. "Jess, do you want to stay with me for a while?" she shared with him her thoughts.

"In your house?" "Yep, i've stayed in yours many times. You know i have a big bed too." "Yeah, sure babe. Your parents will be okay with that?" he asked back. "I don't know and i don't care. I'm old enough to make my own decesions. Don't forget that we have and a wedding to organize. We should start with the first steps." Pauline answered. "That will be nice. And we should go check our home." "Yes, my Dad said it will be ready in 6 weeks by now. And we should go to see my furniture for the house. We have work to do." Pauline answered and shaked her head.

Moments later they arrived at Pauline's house. Her mother was waiting on the doorstep and as soon as she saw the car she run to their side. She saw on Pauline's arm the splint. She froze for a second. Jesse stopped the car and Pauline opened the door. She got out of the car and her mother hugged her tight. "Oh Pauline! You scared us so much!" she said with her daughter in her arms. "Mum, it was just an accident." Pauline answered when they broke the hug.

"What did the doctor say?" Katerina asked. "Double broken arm." Jesse answered and stood next to Pauline with their siutcases. "Oh my God! But how?" "Her fall was much worse than this seemed on TV." Jesse explained and walked to the house with daughter and mother.

"Where is everyone?" Pauline asked as she walked in the empty house. "Your father is in the office and Zeta is out with Justin." Her mother informed her. "Jesse do you want a cup of coffee?" she added looking to Jesse. "Yes, thank you." he answered and smiled. Pauline had sut on the couch and Jesse sut next to her. "She really liked you since the first day." she told him. "My father wasn't sure. And after the lie he wanted to kill you. But when we were back together and saw hpw i was when you were on the hospital, i guess he changed his mind." she added. "You never told me about it before." Jesse said and looked at her.

"I know. There are more things that i didn't tell you." "And when are you going to tell me?" "Relax babe, we have a lifetime ahead of us. If i tell you all my secrtes now, what will be the mystery in our relationship?" she told and winked at him. "You're unbeliable!" Jesse answered and shaked his head. She was really a very mysterious girl. "I know. Thank you." Pauline answered and smiled.

About two hours later Pauline opened the door of her bedroom and said "See, i knew that were not be a problem." "I feel a little weird now." Jesse said from behind and closed the door. "Welcome to the club, babe." she answered and sut on the bed. "I can sleep all day...." she added from the bed. Jesse smiled and layed next to her on the bed.

"I can do that too if you are sleeping with me." "Be pesient babe. We can do that every night in our house." they were face to face. She touched with her broken arm his cheek. She missed times like these, when they were alone. She looked him in the eyes. For one more time she felt loosing herself in his eyes. They were so blue that the sky will be jelous of them. She smiled knowing that they were be together forever.

"I love you Paul." Jesse said and kissed Pauline's fingers. What was left of them anyway. "I love you too." she answered. Even with these three words he can make her forget her problems and focus on him. And that was what she was going to do. Focus on him and to their future together.

They had all a family dinner together. Jesse felt like he was home. The dinner in Pauline's house was just like in his house. They were talking about their plans for the house. And from what it seems Pauline and Jesse will built a house just like they both wanted to. It was late in the night when Pauline and Jesse left the living room and walked up the stairs to her bedroom. They were both tiried and they needed rest.

"Zeta is so funny..." Jesse said when they entered the room. "Yeah, she was in a very good mood tonight. Justin is doing his job very well." "Justin? Her boyfriend?" Jesse asked. "Yeah, he's the only one who love her enough and doesn't break up with her." Pauline answered as she had changed clothes. "She's a good girl. Lucky Justin." "She will thank you for what you said now till the day you die. I've nevr saw her so surious before about someone. I think these two will get married one day." Pauline said and walked to the bed.

Jesse had already changed clothes too. He walked to his side and layed next to her. Thankfully his side was the left of the bed and he doesn't have to worry for her broken arm. Pauline turned and saw him. When their eyes locked she kissed him with passion. They were kissing for several seconds and th end of the kiss found both breathless. "Wow. What was that for?" Jesse asked. "I was having a crapy day and i needed it." Pauline replayed. "Fine by me. But why are you having a crapy day?" he asked and opened his arms.

"I was having a crapy day, now i feel so much better. And we can feel both so much better in a few minutes." she said and start kissing him. Jesse knew what was in her little dirty mind but he stopped her. "What about your arm?" "I've had sex before with a splint. It might be nice and when i broke my leg it wasn't the same. So, now stop talking before my parents come upstairs." she answered on the top of him and kissed him again.

Pauline woke up first at least that what she thought. She opened her eyes and saw Jesse's side empty. She stood up and saw him shirtless standing next to the balcony looking out of the window. She smiled and walked behind him. Wrapping her arms around his waist she said "Good morning. You sleep good?" "Morning babe. I slept very good. How is your arm?" Jesse answered and turned and kissed her good morning. "Great! I don't feel anything! What are you looking at?" "Nothing special. Just the view. You have an amazing view here." he answered and hugged her.

"In this balcony in 2013, i think,  i smocked with your Dad. It felt nice but weird as Hell." Pauline said looking to the balcony. She had the memories mode on. "What? What my Dad was doing here?" he asked very suprised. The suprises didn't finish last night. "I think he came without telling you and he was telling the truth, but i didn't belive him then. Now, i do." "And still you didn't answer to my question." Jesse told and looked at her.

"He just wanted to give you a second chance. He droped the bomb and left." Pauline explained. "How i never know about this?" "Just because the day after that you had the accident." "So, you mean that my Dad helped you change your mind about me?" "Yep..." Pauline answered and shaked her head. "Do i own him for having you here right now?" "I don't know, maybe a little, or maybe a lot." Pauline and kissed him.

They spent a nice morning together alone in Pauline's house. They were all out for some works that they must do. Pauline and Jesse once the finished their breakfast they drove to their home. It was the first time that they will visit it. Sure, they had sent the plan of inside and outside of the house but they wanted to see it with their own eyes.

They arrived there and saw lots of workers working on their house. There was also Pauline's father along with the architect who will built the house. They walked hand in hand and a smile from ear to ear to the property. "Good morning Daddy!" Pauline said to her father. "Good morning guys! We are working here in your house. Here is my best friend and the head of thr architect part of the company Mr Ian Meaklson." Kostas introdused his best friend and partener. He shaked hands with Pauline and Jesse as he said. "I think that just my name will alright." "Oh Ian they should know who built their house, right?" Kostas asked and turned to her daughter and future son-in-law.

"Yeah, my Dad is right. So, when the house will be ready?" Pauline asked. "If we work like that i think in February you'll have the keys." Ian answered and looked to the constraction in front of them. "That's great." Jesse said and looked to Pauline who was smiling. "Alright, keep the great work going. Jesse and i are going to the city to see some furniture for the house." Pauline informed them. "Ok, be carefull on the road. See you in home." Kostas said and kissed them goodbye.

"The house is going to be gorgeous!" Pauline said as she sut on the passenger seat. "Can't wait to walk in it. Maybe we should organise a party for our home." Jesse added and drove away. "Nice idea." she said as her phone rung rung. She checked the ID and it was Ava who was calling.

"Hello, Mrs Wilson. Why do i own the pleasure?" "Mrs Bongiovi please stop talking like that, you're getting on my nervous. I'm not in my best. My hormonies are crazy along with husband, father and brother." Ava said from the other line of the phone. "And Adam too? My poor girl. I don't think is that bad." Pauline said. "Are you kidding me? They don't let me do anything. My Dad wanted to feed me yesterday. The last time he fed was when i was 3 years old!" Ava almost yelled. "Ava, he's just being protective. All the world knows how protective he is. And even now with the first Sambora-Wilson grandchilder coming he has the super protective mode on." Pauline tried to calm her fown. She can understand how she feels.

"I know that. Tell me are you free now?" "No, Jesse and i are heading to the city to do some shopping for the house." "Oh great! A walk tot he city, this is what i need. I propably be in a cafe in Central Park enjoying myself. See you there!" Ava said and hunged up before Pauline was able to answer. Pauline laughed a little and put the phone back to her pocket.

"I bet that uncle Richie changed to grandpa Richie, right?" Jesse said. "Yeah, Ava is going mad. We'll meet her in a cafe in Central Park." "Great! We should be fast, don't we?" "I don't know. Maybe we should see if we like something. Is not our day today!" Pauline said and shaked her head.

Hours later Pauline and Jesse saw Ava sitting on a table noying her juise. "Hey, girl! Where is everyone?" Pauline asked and kissed her friend to the ckeek. "Home. I need some alone time with my baby and with you guys!" Ava said and touched her belly which was obvious that she was pregant. "I still can't believe that you're going to be a mommy!" Pauline said. Still even after almost two weeks when Ava told them she was pregnat and still couln't understand it. "Me too either. Tell about you, your arm, the house, the shopping." Ava asked.

"The house will be ready in February. We visited some stores but we're not sure yet. Her arm is doing fine." Jesse spoke. "Yeah, i see. So, tell me is it true?" Ava finally asked. "About what?" both asked suprised and with raised their eyebrows. "That Amanda pushed you and you fell." Ava answered looking to Pauline. "I don't know what are you talking about." Pauline asked and looked around the cafe. "That's a very nice cafe." she added in order to avoid the conversation which coming.

"You know exuactly of what i'm talking about. We are not fucking blind and you not fucking idiot and not fucking understand that this fucking bitch pushed you and hit the ground." Ava yelled this time. And she was right. Pauline knew all these since she fell in the court. But she never talk to someone about that. Jesse was looking like lost from Ava to Pauline and all over again. "Pauline is it true?" he finally asked.

"And if is true does it matter?" "All the really matters Pauline and you know it. I was exepting better than this." Ava said and the dissapointment was all over her face. "What you wanted me to do? Kill her because she's jelous? Or because she can't handle that i'm the facking captain, God damn it!" was her time to yell now. Everyone on the cafe were looking at them. But none of the three of them seemed to be bothered. Pauline couldn't keepi it inside her anymore and she expload.

Jesse was lost by her words. He thought that only rebekah  and Esther were jelous of her. And now Amanda made her appearence. "I thought that you and Amanda were friends." Jesse said. "That was what i thought too." she answered. "I don't know what to say. Why you didn't tell me in the hospital?" "Tell you what Jesse? That a team mate of mine pushed me in the game and i broke my arm because of her?" "That was what she wanted to do, Pauline. She wanted you off the guard and she can play her game." Ava said.

"But we don't know what was in mind. Things are getting worse and worse by the day." Pauline said and looked to her double broken arm. She din't want to believe that. "I think you should leave from this team, Paul. There are other teams that will love you to be a part." Jesse said as calm as he can. "Tottaly agree with him. They don't deserve to have a player like you in their team. You're too good to be one of them." Ava said and touched her broken arm. She looked her up in the eyes.

Pauline knew that Jesse and Ava were right. But she didn't want to leave. But she has to. "Yeah, you're tight. When my arm is good again i'm getting out of there." Pauline answered and smiled. There are so many things that she should thought. But there are sometimes that you don't have to think, you just feel. And Pauline feels that she's done with this team. They are right and was her bad of keeping those things inside her for this time.
